Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact us on the CONTACT page or email support@azania.com.au for assistance, alternatively you can reach out via our social media platforms.
Will my orders incur custom duties charges?
Some Countries may enforce custom taxes that we are not responsible for. please check your country's laws on products shipped from Australia to know your charges
Do you accept custom design orders?
Yes. to submit a custom order, email support@azania.com.au and we will respond to you within 48 hours.
Do you provide tracking info for packages?
Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped you will be notified by email with your tracking number.
What if my package comes damaged?
We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one and thoroughly inspected. We strive for excellence, however in the event this should happen, please contact us immediately, preferably the day you receive it, and we will advise you how we can handle the issue.
What do I do if I never receive my package?
Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact either AUSTPOST or the carrier provided in “Your order has shipped” email. Please note we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However, we will resolve any issues we can.
